The purchase price of DataPallas includes support and upgrade services for 60 days following the purchase. Thereafter both support and upgrade services are based on a monthly License Maintenance fee.
Renewing here sets that up: the amount shown is charged once a month to the payment method you choose today, and your licence stays covered for as long as it runs. Every invoice is kept in your account to view or download whenever you need it, and you can cancel there whenever you like.
Customers who are up to date with their payments are entitled to support and upgrades — new features and important security updates as they ship.
